Single mother Rosa Perez Recinos battles every day to provide for her family of six. She says: “After making monthly payments on the land and providing food for my children, we have trouble paying for other household basics like clothes, school supplies, and cooking gas.” She also told us that it would be a great blessing to have a stable house.
Rosa is a hardworking lady who joined our Mexican crew building houses a couple of months ago. She is always willing to help out where needed and took over the painting when previous worker Gaby left us to have and raise a new baby.
When Project Mercy Construction Manager John told her of our decision to build her house on April 16, she burst out in tears of gratitude and relief. We are so happy that donated funds enabled us to build the Perez Reconos family a new home.
