Project Mercy had set forms for four foundations slabs back in March. Due to the coronavirus, they were never laid.
But now, with great care and precaution, we are getting back to business. This past weekend six members of the Mexican crew laid the slabs together.
The families wanted to help but were advised of the protocols inhibiting them from joining in. We would have loved to have everyone work together but safety is the priority. It was a great success and the four slabs were laid in one day. Now the forms will be moved to other sites for future foundations.
It is of necessity a slow and careful process but Project Mercy, with help from our friends, will prevail.
