On a sun-filled afternoon at the Viasat Campus in Carlsbad, the community came together to sip, savor, and support at the annual Carlsbad Wine and Food Festival—an event as flavorful as it was philanthropic.

With record-breaking attendance and an electric atmosphere, guests enjoyed an unforgettable afternoon sampling offerings from over 50 local food and beverage vendors, including standout restaurants, wineries, breweries, and distilleries. From Italian bites to oysters and brisket, and from crisp wines to bold craft brews, the festival was a celebration of the region’s finest flavors.

Beyond the culinary experience, the true highlight was the opportunity to give back.  Project Mercy Baja was proud to be one of 9 local nonprofit beneficiaries of this incredible event.

In addition to a portion of the festival proceeds, Project Mercy also benefited from the silent auction, which featured a 4-hour sailing excursion for up to 10 guests aboard a 40-foot sailboat in San Diego Bay, paired with a $200 gift certificate to Unicorn Jewelry and Watch Bootique. The winning bid directly supports our mission to build safe, secure homes for families in need just across our border.

We are so grateful to Carlsbad Rotary–all the organizers, sponsors, vendors, and generous guests who made the event such a success.

Your support helps us turn compassion into action.

Thank you!
