District Rotary 5340, led by Club-33 and President Don Weeks worked with Jeb Bakke and Kim Muslusky of Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary to pull together an awe-inspiring event incorporating 26 clubs in a Mexican house building outreach. Clubs from both sides of the border, including Rotaract and La Jolla High School Interact, pooled resources and funds to for this very special day.
On Saturday December 4th, 2021 150+ people from Mexico and the US traveled to the Trebol colonia in Baja Mexico and built seven homes for families in need. We want to thank everyone who donated money and volunteered their time to build these homes. You made a difference!
