Many of the families we work with in Tijuana live under a constant cloud of food insecurity. Due to an anonymous donor, Project Mercy was able to distribute food baskets stocked with staples such as rice, beans, milk, eggs, tortillas, cereal, coffee and some treats as well.
For $60US it’s possible to provide a family of four with food for a week, email us if you would like to sponsor one or more food baskets!
The food was purchased in local stores, organized into boxes and delivered to the families by Roberto and Sammy, two of our crew south of the border. All of the families faces lit up with smiles when we delivered their food baskets.
