Last week we were all warned of ” Tropical Storm Kay ” the first storm to affect southern california in 25 years. We are always concerned about weather conditions and urged Roberto and John Zawis to delay the proposed build this past weekend. John prudently advised Roberto that it would be fine by us if he chose to delay the build because of expected adverse delay in lumber delivery, muddy conditions etc.

However our crew led by Roberto, chose to go ahead and take the risk. As a result, young Denise and Banjamin Lopez Medina finally have a solid house.

I have said thank you so many times to our Mexican crew but once again, praises are due as are our expressions of gratitude. Thanks to you all.
