It was an exciting day on October 16th, 2021 as members of NAIOP got back together for our annual Baja Challenge in Mexico.
After celebrating our 20th year of Baja Challenge in 2019, it was a sad blow to be unable to bring this great group of people together in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But this year many companies gave their support and sent zealous teams of volunteers down to build nine houses in the neighborhood of Antorcha.
Families in Antorcha had their slabs ready and waiting in anticipation of 2020 Baja Challenge as early as March of last year. Hence there was a lot of joy among the local families in the neighborhood and great enthusiasm among the builders as the new homes finally went up.
We are looking forward to welcoming even more groups back next year! Thank you Devin Beale for arranging this year’s event and a big thank you to all sponsors and participants.
